Human Resource Specialist

The Human Resource Specialist role will oversee all human resource activities including but is not limited to recruiting, payroll, employee and labor relations, employee management and development, and other general HR concerns and areas.

Job Description

  • Oversee all human resource activities.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing strategies to onboarding as well as maintaining recruitment calendar of activities, meetings, presentations, and various events.
  • Coordination with payroll partner with regards to payroll concerns and managing government contributions (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, BIR).
  • Ensure best practices in all areas of HR and compliance with labor laws & regulations.
  • Manage and review company policy and employee benefits.
  • Manage employee retention and engagement programs.
  • Maintain the HR Data Base and employee 201 file.
  • Provide response to general HR inquiries verbal or written.
  • Keep up to date with trends and best practice in the HR areas and suggest improvements in company policy and processes.
  • Other duties or projects, as assigned.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/college degree preferably of any Human Resource related course.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in general human resource roles and equivalent.
  • Displays knowledge on the different facets of HR: recruitment, labor relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee engagement.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both written & oral is required.
  • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have a logical and diligent approach to all tasks.
  • Ability to complete work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Competent in decision-making.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel and Word.
